How do I cancel an order on www.theaspirehigh.com?
If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. You can do so by dropping an email with your order details on email@example.com
For outright cancellations by you:
- If you cancel your order before your product has been dispatched, we will refund the entire amount.
If there is some concern after your product is shipped to you then below-mentioned services can be given to you but within 7 days after delivery date:
If you received the product, and you find it
-not similar to the one showed on website,
-don't need anymore because of any reason
then the order is eligible for replacement or refund as per the product availability and customer's choice.
- If the product is not the same as described or presented you can ask for the exchange if satisfied with the replacement else can ask for the refund.
Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within a maximum of 10 working days from the date of cancellation of the order.
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at +91-9920551346 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning your Order ID.
If you accept the tampered or damaged packet we will try to help in getting it back for you but we cannot assure you. So please be careful while accepting your orders from delivery boys.
Always make sure to take a copy of signed POD or receipt copy if in case you are accepting the damaged box and you are informed by the delivery boys about no loss or damaged delivery of content inside.
We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
All the returns and exchange has to be sent back to us. We will schedule the return pickup and share the information with you. Please make sure you keep the parcel ready for handover in the same state as it was received.
Once we receive the return and find it to be in the proper state we will initiate the refund process. For receiving refunds please share either the account details or paytm number. The reference details for the transaction will be shared in the email.
Apart from condition reserved hereinabove, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:
• Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product;
• Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery;
• Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number.
